Darryn King is a New York–based writer, editor, content lead and licensed tour guide with decades of experience in journalism and publishing.

Previously, Darryn served as Arts and Culture Editor at Time Out Sydney, leading a diverse group of freelance contributors in the publication’s coverage of visual art, comedy, classical music, the performing arts and more, while also serving as the publication’s lead theater critic.

He is a question writer for Hasbro’s Trivial Pursuit games, also serving as a managing editor for the company, leading international teams of writers, editors and fact-checkers. He has served a similar role for the smartphone game company Fanatee, drawing on his editorial skills to craft engaging wordcentric gameplay for a global audience.
